BREA   LAND

abouT us

We are God-fearing, family men from Oklahoma with a passion for the oil and gas business (and golf).  We are knowledgeable with all aspects of the land side of the business: from title and leasing to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and surface issues, and most everything in between.   But what really drives us is mineral acquisition.  Since our first mineral deal together in 2014, we knew it was only the beginning of a life-long passion. It is our goal to provide a straightforward approach to mineral acquisition with communication being the key component.  We strive to make the selling process as easy as possible.

WHY SELL

GET CASH NOW

Receive cash within a few shorts weeks to pay off debt, diversify investments or start a college fund.

ELIMINATE PAPERWORK

Tired of keeping files of paperwork and receiving minimal royalties? You could be done with this headache by selling.

REDUCE RISK

The risky nature of the oil and gas industry is well known.  Wells may never produce as hoped.  In addition, the industry can be foreign to a lot of people and therefore difficult to successfully manage.  Reduce these risks by using the cash to invest in familiar assets that could provide more reliable returns.

TIME VALUE OF MONEY

The value of selling for a lump sum now is more appealing than waiting for future events or royalties to earn the same amount.

ESTATE PLANNING

Take care of inheritance concerns now.  Oftentimes when mineral rights are inherited, the next generation is not well equipped to successfully manage them.  Relieve yourself of these concerns now.

FAQ
  • How do I get an offer for my minerals?
Please contact us by phone or email. You can also use the submission form found in the Contact Us section. Please be sure to include your name, the best way to contact you, a legal description of where the minerals are located, and any other relevant information. We will be in touch with an offer or with additional requests to make you an offer.
  • If I decide to sell what can I expect?
In order to start the process, we will send you a Purchase & Sale Agreement. This simple, short agreement sets forth the details of the transaction so that neither party is disappointed with the outcome. Once signed and returned, we go to work verifying the title at the courthouse. After title verification, we will be in touch with the results and a mineral deed to make the conveyance.
  • What if I don't know how much I own?
This is very common. It does not prevent you from selling your mineral interest. We will make an offer on a net acre basis. For instance, we may make an offer of $500 per net acre. If, after we verify title, it is determined that you own 10 net acres, then you can expect to collect $5,000.00. Documents such as old leasing paperwork, royalty check stubs, or a division order are helpful in determining the number of acres as well. But even if you don’t have any records at all, we can still have a successful outcome.
  • How long does the process take?
Normally our Purchase & Sale Agreement allows for thirty days to close. However, most transactions without title issues can close within 14 days.
  • How do I get paid?
Once title to the minerals is verified, we will send you a mineral deed for your signature. When we are in receipt of the executed mineral deed, we will issue payment.
